Dr. Darshan Ahuja (Director Jubin Spastic Home and Charitable Trust) was born on November 1, 1996, in village 33 BB of Padampur, a small tehsil in the Sri Ganganagar border district of Rajasthan. Growing up in a rural environment, he closely observed the lifestyle and struggles of rural communities.
Motivated to serve society, he excelled academically and later completed MBBS (1958) and MD Pediatrics (1990) from Sampurnanand Medical College, Jodhpur. In 1986, he married Ms. Vinita, a well-educated and supporting partner who played a major role in shaping the family’s mission.
On September 3, 1988, their first child, Jubin, was born. Due to lack of neonatal emergency care in rural areas, he developed spastic disease. This deeply emotional experience inspired Dr. Ahuja to dedicate his life to children with disabilities and to improve neonatal health in rural India.
In 1992, he established Jubin Hospital, featuring modern neonatal care such as ventilator, open care system, pulse oximeter, oxygen concentrator, CPAP, incubator, phototherapy, nebulizer, and blood transfusion. In 2000, he founded the Jubin Spastic Home Charitable Trust, which now serves 4585+ children, with 60–70 receiving daily treatment.
The center offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and special education. Awareness programs, seminars, rural workshops, and free counseling are regularly conducted for prevention and early identification of disabilities.

Founder & President
There are moments in life when an experience transforms into a calling. For me, that moment was born through my elder son, Jubin, whose journey with cerebral palsy became the light that guided ours.
Through him, I learned that every challenge carries a divine purpose — a reminder that compassion can heal beyond medicine and hope can rebuild what pain once diminished.
As we move ahead, my heart is filled with gratitude for every supporter, volunteer, and parent who believes in our mission. Together, let us create a world where every child is celebrated, empowered, and embraced with love.
Executive Director
When a thought arises from the heart and is nurtured with dedication, it becomes the seed of transformation. The Jubin Spastic Home & Charitable Trust was founded with the belief that every child deserves love and dignity.
With over 5,500 children associated and more than 2,500 benefiting from our programs, our mission continues with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy — all offered free of cost.
Guided by the belief “May every mother’s lap be blessed with a healthy child,” our outreach extends beyond rehabilitation to maternal health education for over 30 years.
We equip children with life skills — mobility, self-care, communication, and emotional confidence.
Tailored special education and inclusive schooling help children achieve functional and academic growth.
Children are supported to join mainstream education, vocational programs, and social participation.
